Undergraduate and graduate students at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ engage in research across all disciplines, working with faculty mentors to seek out and discover new information. The Office of Research and the Center for Undergraduate Research & Creativity (CUR&C) helps students identify and pursue funding opportunities for creative and scholarly work in its effort to introduce students of every major to research activities.
The "Privateer Undergraduate Research & Scholarly Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Experience," affectionately termed "PURSUE," connects students in all disciplines with faculty research mentors who will guide the students through semester-long research projects. The "College of Sciences Undergraduate Research Program," a.k.a. "CoSURP," serves the same purpose within the College of Sciences.
